Chetham's Symphony Orchestra returns to the Bridgewater Hall, conducted by Paul Mann, to continue their celebrations of the Benjamin Britten Centenary. Rising star and Chetham's student Callum Smart performs Britten's virtuosic Violin Concerto, and the orchestra are joined by Chetham's Chorus and members of St George's Singers for a rare performance of Britten's dramatic Ballade of Heroes.
